Philippians 3:12-14 (The Message Bible)

I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.

Day 36

Errr....is it really already 11:50? dang---no matter how hard I try, I can't get in bed on time. I knew tonight was gonna be a late night because I didn't even start YogaX until close to 10...but geepers....it's almost midnight. oh well...I'm doing my best. Hopefully next week will be better.
Anyway, better make this quick so I can get in bed asap.
I had a great day today in terms of workouts--and eating too I guess. I got up this morning and went to the gym for my "normal" work out--45 minutes of cardio/plyo/core. Major booty-kickin there. Then after running some errands in town, it was home to mow. I push mowed (against 70 mph winds) the whole front, back and side yards. Then I hopped on the riding mower and did the rest of our land (about 2 acres). After that I rinsed off with the water hose and me and the kiddos hopped in the pool for some swimming and playing. Then it was off to the shower, eat dinner, wash dishes, do laundry, do some school work with kids, put kids to bed, do YogaX and now---here I am.
Here's what I ate:
Breakfast:
Triple Berry Pancakes again...except this time I knew I couldn't eat very much since I was on my way out the door to the gym..so I only ate half of mine. We also had 6 oz. skim milk with protien powder mixed in.

Snack: Protien bar & banana, water.

Lunch: Other half of my pancake from earlier.

Dinner: Left overs from last night (meatloaf, green beans, salad). Then I had a FiberOne yogurt cup (80 cal) with a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean granola on top.

Snack: Fresh pineapple, about 5 peices.

QUESTION: Does anyone know if black olives are bad to eat? I LOVE them (and so do my kids) and we've been eating some here and there recently. I just wondered if there was any reason I should be cautious about eating too many. I can easily eat 10 of them at a time....

Good for you mowing that lawn, that sounds FUN! As far as the Olives, of course there are different sizes and such but on the average 10 Olives are approx 50Calories and 4.5 grams of Fat, so just take it from there. I know they contain olive oil so that is a good fat but I would watch how many...Ü
