Wow...day 50. That feels like an accomplishment all in itself! I'm trying to keep positive, but as day 90 grows nearer...I am starting to feel more worried that I am not going to have anywhere NEAR the kind of results I was expecting. Maybe I was being unrealistic to think that I would have such big, noticable changes...??
All I know is that it's time to get even more serious. 4o more days isn't much...that's just a little more than a month and I still have a lot of fat to get rid of. Time to "bring it" to the next level!
Today was good. We JUST now finished doing Kenpo X. Really didn't want to do it tonight since we rented a movie and watched it tonight and were sleepy...but there was NO WAY i was missing another day.
Here's the menu for today: (before I fall asleep typing)
Breakfast: Kashi otmeal with 1/2 apple and walnuts
Lunch: Bowl of Tortilla soup at Cheddars and a few bites of the kids fries and chicken.
Snack: Bowl of cut up fresh fruit
Dinner: 1/2 WW bun, tomato slice, roast beef, 10 light lays, fresh pineapple.
Snack: Strawberry yogurt cup, 1/2 protein bar, 30 pistachios.
