It feels like I've abandoned it all together...but I haven't--just been on "hold" for a few days. Tomorrow, Monday, is Week 1 of Phase 3. The last leg in the journey and we're ready to Bring It like never before. It's down to the nitty gritty now...we only have a little over 30 days left in this experience so every day is critical to our end results. Since we've liberally taken a few days "off" from the work outs and the eating plan, we feel ready to get serious again. Hooray!
I am not going to even try to list everything we've been eating...but I promise we haven't fallen off the wagon completely. Even though we haven't been eating straight from the nutrition guide, we have still been trying to make smart choices and get plenty of protein, fruits and veggies in. (probably a few too many carbs too.)

sometimes you jsut need a few days off to collect your thoughts and get back on track. don't give up now, you are so close to completing the program.
I do have one questions that's been looming in my head for a while now - what is the after "program" or the maintenance program? Is there any for P90X?
