Philippians 3:12-14 (The Message Bible)

I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.

Day 15

Breakfast: Egg-white scramble with FF mozerrella cheese, 3 turkey bacon.

Lunch: Left over baked cod and sweet potato bites, SF pudding cup.

Snack: Protien bar and banana.

Pre-dinner "cheat"...I ate 3 bites of some Cheerios Trail Mix stuff I made up for the kids. I shouldn't take little bites of stuff like this becuase it just makes me want it more...but I did...so I'm puttin' it on here.

Dinner: Turkey filet mignon, roasted zucchini & squash, carrots, salad.
Dessert: Fresh pineapple slice & strawberries

We waited about an hour after we ate dinner to do our work out. It was Chest & Back and Ab Ripper. I think that will be the last time we try to work out AFTER we eat. We were both nauseous throughout the whole work out. Matt felt too sick to even attempt the Ab Ripper video so I did it by myself but there were several times I wondered if I was going to have to jump up and run to the bathroom. It felt like my dinner was sitting in my throat. Yuk. Anyway, we completed our work outs--and that's what matters. Matt will weigh tomorrow morning and I'll post his new current weight.

I would LOVE if you'd share some of those healthy recipes you've been working so hard making! They sound so good! We pretty much eat whatever junk I feel like making these days. Sometimes it's healthy...most times it's not. Whatever I'm in the mood for that day. But I've decided I need to get in the mood to eat healthier and stay far, far away from my go-to snack of Vanilla wafers and peanut butter. That combo must have been designed by the devil himself because man, it is sinfully delicious! Must stay away! Must eat "heelthy food" to quote Brooklyn. Thanks for being such a great role model. To your kiddos and to us grown-ups too. Love you! Keep up the great work!
