Philippians 3:12-14 (The Message Bible)

I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.

Day 64

I went to the gym today for my core class. My sweet instructor, Shelley, decided to turn up the heat a little on us since it was Spring Break so she was throwing cardio blasts at us left and right. Talk about a work out! My heart rate monitor was beeping at me most of the time telling me I was over "the zone." (185+) Afterwards a friend talked me into trying out the stair stepper for the first time. She set me all up on it and then left saying that she usually does about 20 minutes. HA! I did a little over 10 and I was completely out of breath! Seriously someone tried to stand there and talk to me while I was doing it and I could NOT hold a conversation. I was like "I'm sorry but I can't talk--literally!" Wow...! I'm not sure that is the work out I would really want to do very often though as I get plenty of leg work already. Anyway, it was cool to try something new out. I burned 503 calories at the gym. When I got home I showered real quick and then rushed off to my hair appointment. Time to get those roots dyed! After that I cooked a quick dinner and then we ran off to Grant's first T-ball practice. By the time we got home it was about 8:30 and to make a long story short...I finally sat down for the first time at 9 pm and put on The Biggest Loser and that was it for me for the day. I had totally 100% planned on doing Plyometrics but it was like before I realized what was happening, I was sleeping and I had "missed it." I did do some floor work with my big ball while I was watching BL..if that counts for anything! :o)

Wo won the half-marathon on BL? I was watching the show; however, I had someone stop by just as they were doing that part and I missed it.

AWWw thank you SO much for your sweet comment..we were going to do the "profesh" bikini shots, but it was really overcast that day, so we are going to leave those pics for another photographer in the area, that has "shot" me that way before. Again, LOVE the comment, you are SO encouraging!! :)
