Philippians 3:12-14 (The Message Bible)

I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.

Really Tony?

Can you really do Ab Ripper too much? Why does that have to be the "tip of the day" on the ARX video? I WANNA DO AB RIPPER EVERY DAY!
He says "Don't do it every day. You don't need it--Especially Ab Ripper X." Can't you just hear him saying that right now? ha ha
Anyway, what's the consensus? Do you--would you--do Ab Ripper more than is scheduled? I am really trying to concentrate on my abs and getting them totally ripped out for summer and I just don't think Ab Ripper 3 times a week is gonna cut it. Tony must not have seen what having BABIES does to your tummy! :o)

Gotta give em time to regenerate....add a 4th on your Stretch day, but try to get as many hours in between that one and the 1st day of the next week.

Plus...hard cardio between the abr X is still going to help with em. Stuff like the Steam Engines and Wacky Jacks in CardioX. Also the Yoga Ab 7 for all who LOVE yoga!

But it really comes down to the recovery to let the muscles heal.

I would suggest that you take your ab ripper X workout to the next level by adding weight where possible - the first time I did ARX my abs were sore the next day, but the next time was pretty easy but I could have done better on a few exercises by challenging myself by going no arms, etc. I have started holding onto a 20 pound plate to add resistance and that makes a big difference.
