I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. It's a MYTH!!!

that you can burn calories by having sex. Trust me, I tried it and thanks to my new heart rate monitor, I have the stats. At the rate of 3 calories per hour, I think it would take me a lifetime to reach my goal weight! Just had to share that...since I think it is downright hilarious! Sorry if that offends anyone....you know...some people get nervous when the "S" word gets mentioned. I'm probably too blunt and honest sometimes.....but the older I get...the more matter-of-fact the subject seems. Speaking of getting older...it's 12:15 am...I'm officially THIRTY! Yikes! At least I started it off with a BANG! ;)

I don't have much to comment on as far as the "S" word. It really doesn't make me nervous at all...And Blunt and Honest are ok too...But, I think some things are better left in private. IMO...

So after talking to you about this and how the HRM works, I would love to know if you tried it again, would you get the same results...
And I would have to agree with Candy, the S word does not make me nervous...your married, and God gave that gift to you and Matt to enjoy...
So we looked at tennis shoes together before, I wanna see what they look like..take a pic and post them...You know I still want those cute ones we found only in little girlz...I have still been thinking about doing the personal nikes..anyways just wonderered what you found...
