I've spent the last hour or so preparing these calenders. It was a little time consuming...but I totally think it is going to REALLY help us SUCCESSFULLY complete the next 62 days of this program. I am going to post these right next to the TV where we work out and keep a marker beside it so we can physically check off each day as it is completed. I think seeing what is before us is going to really be a great motivator. I just thought I'd share in case any of you want to copy this idea. planning is KEY! good for you. I've got a similar training calendar - doesn't it feel good to cross out each passing day? You'll be down to the end of it in no time - keep up the great work! I'm proud of ya!
Great Job Jen! This will really help keep you on course. I had printed out my training schedule and hung it on the fridge. This way I can mark off the days as I complete the workouts, and if I miss a day, Stephen can see it, and help keep me accountable. It feels so good to mark off those days, and know "I did it"! :)
