So, yesterday I did CardioX from P90X and today I got up and went to an hour-long Zumba class at the gym. On Monday night, Matt and I lifted weights together for about half an hour. It felt great and DUDE! He's looking GREAT! Here are some pix I snapped of him that he'd probably kill me for putting on here if he knew (Mr. Modesty)...but since he VERY rarely looks at my blog, I can probably get away with it! :o)It's really very
Anyway, I'm not losing any weight...staying at around 140...but that's alright. I'm upping my workouts and being a LITTLE more conscience of what I'm eating, so I'm cool wit it. :o)
How about you? How're you guys doing? Anybody thinking about trying TurboFire?

hello again sweetie! glad to hear all is going well! glad to be home, I ran about 1 mile in 98degree heat while away, but I've been eating really well (WITHOUT) stressing over deprivation, so its been a good direction for me. talk soon :)
hey there. matt looks great - kudos to him! why is it always easier for the men? different body chemistries i suppose. don't get me wrong; i know he's worked his arse off for it, same as my T. they just seem so much easier to commit to something whether it's working out, eating better, etc. I know T is way less likely to cheat (or beat himself up about it when he does) than I am.
I have no strict workout routine other than I must workout 6 days a week for 45mins-1 hour. Doesn't matter what it is, but I MUST get in some sort of activity. I do about 3 heavy days a week (usually bag workouts or a run) then the other workouts are things like step aerobic, power yoga, or dance.
and, of course, following WW and tracking everything I eat
