No time to do a real grocery shopping trip, but after a week out of being out of the house I need some fresh veggies. So this is the first day back in the saddle. I just cleaned all of the house ...great day today! I just cleaned all of the house - every square inch! I know that burned some calories. We went to the grocery store and got some very healthy food for the week - it feels so good knowing we've got some very lo-fat and tasty options for the rest of the week w/o any temptations in the house. next it's a light lunch, do my cardio and weights (since it's the weekend and I have more time, I ramp up the workouts), before I shower and lay out in the sun. With no kids here, there is no tempting junk food leftovers to nibble on! I've already lost 2 lbs! :) Woo-hoo, Woo-hoo, woo-hoo!
