I actually did pretty ...You're on girlfriend!!!<br />I actually did pretty good on the 10 day challenge, and made it through thanksgiving without gaining. <br />Current weight this morning: 123.5 lbs. And No Dr. Pepper. I will try to do the 5 days a week. I made it 6 out of the 10 days before Thanksgiving. Your challenge really helped me out. I have a Dr. appt in two months. So I don't want to just not gain...
