I was SO frustrated (ask Joyce, I almost burned my ww books..lol). Then someone told me that I was probably not eating ENOUGH and that would ultimately slow me down. When I exercised, I didn't add any extra to my day...I thought it would help me lose faster. However, when I ate a few extra healthy snacks to add in some calories, my weight started dropping again. Anyway, I know you're not on ww, but maybe that will help. It's the hardest thing to add food because you think you will gain, but for me, I think my body thought I was not getting enough so it was holding on to the weight...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-929232488391643423.post-89675816744938535152008-06-23T19:12:00.000-05:002008-06-23T19:12:00.000-05:00Congrats to Matt! That's great! I know though, I...Congrats to Matt! That's great!

I know though, I always hate that Stephen can lose so much more weight, faster, than me. It's like he doesn't even have to work at it, and it just melts off...and I have to focus on ever calorie consumed and burned. Oh well, that's just the way it is.

Have you looked into those "body bugs" like they were on Biggest Loser? That might be a good way to help you track your calories burned each day, to help keep you on track. Just an idea... :)KChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18396429002961412543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-929232488391643423.post-35460359830828276482008-06-23T11:22:00.000-05:002008-06-23T11:22:00.000-05:00Yeah, Never compare yourself to a man, it never se...Yeah, Never compare yourself to a man, it never seems to even out...

I agree with Randy's advice to pick up more cardio. I think the differance between Classic and Lean is Classic has one more strength day then Lean and Lean has one more Cardio day than Lean. So I think while doing Classic if you do and extra Cardio workout as well on the 3 days of Strength, that is considered Doubles. So I agree, I think that would take it up a notch Ü.

I have never been a beleiver in the amount of calories that P90X wants you to eat as a women trying to lose weight. They do tell you though, that this is not a weight loss program, but it can happen. I AM a beleiver in tracking EXACTLY what goes in your mouth and tracking EXACTLY how many calories your burning. This is the only way to know that you will lose weight. Anything other than that is guesswork. I do think once you hit your goal weight, and with the same amount of exercise regularly, you can then up your calories to maintain.

Go buy yourself a Good Heart Rate Monitor for an early birthday present, once you do, you will never want to exercise again without it!
